What You Can Do to Get Involved
Mollie’s Fund depends on the generosity of its donors and volunteers to help spread skin cancer awareness and save lives. Whether it’s in time, talents, or tender, there are several ways to get involved.
Be an Advocate
Help us fight melanoma by volunteering at one of our events, adding sun safety precautions to your curriculum, displaying our brochures at your company’s health fair, and promoting skin cancer awareness on social media.
Join us in advocating for:
- Free sunscreen dispensers in public areas
- Legislation that prohibits or limits indoor tanning
- Making communities healthier by constructing outdoor shade structures
- Skin cancer educational programs for outdoor workers who are 3.5 times as likely to develop skin cancer

Host an Event
Host a Melanoma Awareness Assembly, organize a skin screening event, collect pledges for a Saturday morning cycle at your gym or a virtual run across the nation!
Move for Melanoma
Follow the lead of melanoma survivors Kristen Kern and Carrie Rossi who organized an outreach event at their local gym and raised over $8,000 for the foundation.
Donate
Your donations go to the purchase and distribution of sunscreen dispenser machines, the creation and dissemination of impactful PSAs and skin cancer educational materials, the organization and execution of in-person and virtual symposiums, and much more.
