USLA uses our film “The Dark Side of the Sun” in their school beach educational programs and we are happy to supply posters to support their efforts to keep their swimmers sun safe.

Mollie’s Fund with provide skin cancer/melanoma resource materials for the Westfield State University Community Health Fair.
Westfield State University will hold its annual Health Fair on Tuesday, March 8th from 10AM to 2PM in Ely Campus Center. The greater Westfield Community is invited and there is no cost for attendance. A large variety of health organizations will be represented inclusive of Noble Hospital Departments (Building Bridges, Burk Women’s Imaging Center, Laboratory Services offering Total Cholesterol Checks for $5, Nutrition & Food Services, Oncology Dept., Respiratory Services, Sports & Rehab);

Marymount University — Arlington, VA
Marymount University Student Health Services will educate students before their spring recess about skin cancer and melanoma using our resources.
Maggie Biggane, Jack Biggane and Dr. Margaret Callahan of Memorial Sloan Kettering in New York City will be on WABC on Katz’s Corner Sunday, December 17th at 7am. The Bigganes and Dr. Callahan will be discussing melanoma.
St. Dominic’s High School — Oyster Bay, NY
The Irish Society of St. Dominic’s High School, Oyster Bay, New York is sponsoring a “Dress Down Day” to raise melanoma and skin cancer awareness for the benefit of Mollie’s Fund.

Mollie’s Fund will provide 18,000 “Have You Checked Your Skin Lately?” brochures to all participants. Junior athletes representing 50 states and US territories will compete in 20 different sports. Many of the events are outdoor and student athletes will be reminded through our brochure of the necessity of being sun-safe. Founded in 1888, the Amateur Athletic Union is the largest non-profit, volunteer multi-sports organization in the country. Their well known alumni include: Carl Lewis, Magic Johnson and Sue Bird.
